This Committee focuses on the CJCC Strategic objective of “System Process Improvements”:
- Establish more effective and efficient case processing practices to reduce collateral consequences for system-involved individuals.
- Ensure swift justice by reducing case processing delays.
- Promote justice and public safety through timely and certain case processing.
- Engage in pretrial, jail, and probation strategies to address violence behavior.
- Reduce average daily population of jail.
